Return and Refund Policy
We want every product you choose to be perfect. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Items must be:
unused
in perfect condition
in their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
