Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within a short time after placement, before they are processed or shipped.

Processed Orders

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may follow the standard return procedure, as outlined in our Return Policy.

Personalized Products

Orders that include personalized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed, as the production process begins immediately.
